Format: Live virtual session, hosted online

 

1. Registration & Payment

• Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

• All fees must be paid in advance through the designated payment link/portal.

• A confirmation email with session details (date, time, time zone, and joining link) will be sent upon successful registration.

 

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• This is a paid session. Fees are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made, regardless of whether the participant attends the live session.

• No cancellations, refunds, or partial refunds will be processed under any circumstances after payment is completed.

• In the rare event that the organizer cancels or postpones the session, registered participants will be notified and offered either a rescheduled session date or access to the recorded version at no additional cost.

 

3. Attendance & Access

• Participants are expected to join the live session at the scheduled date and time using the link shared after registration.

• If a participant is unable to attend the live session, a recording of the session will be shared with them after the event concludes.

• Recording access does not entitle participants to a refund; it serves as the alternative mode of access for paid registrants.

 

4. Recording Access

• The recording will be shared with paid participants only, typically within [2] business days after the live session.

• The recording is intended for personal/individual use by the registered participant and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared with non-registered individuals.

• Recording access will remain available for 15 days from the date it is shared, after which the link may expire.

 

5. Technical Requirements

• Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a compatible device/browser to join the session.

• The organizer is not liable for participant-side technical issues (e.g., internet outages, device malfunctions) that result in missed live attendance; the recording will remain the participant's fallback option in such cases.

 

6. Rescheduling by Participants

• Individual rescheduling requests to a different session date/cohort (if applicable) may be accommodated at the organizer's discretion, subject to seat availability. This is not guaranteed and does not constitute a refund.

 

7. Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to engage respectfully during the live session. The organizer reserves the right to remove participants who disrupt the session or violate conduct expectations, without entitlement to a refund.

 

8. Changes to This Policy

• The organizer reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Registered participants will be notified of any material changes affecting their registration.
